You will define together with the Export director and the sales team which markets we enter, which ranges we offer and how we will build the brand awareness. It is a permanent contract with a probation period and the employment is 100%. Start date according to agreement.
Your future work tasks
Our next Marketing Manager leads the communication, artwork, range and brand strategy definitions per strategic market. This includes North America (Canada and US) as well as support for the European and Asian markets, CEE and Middle east. The role requires travelling regularly and to be fluent in English.
You will work close with the Export Director on the Business review and Annual Plan Strategy and presentations. The role also includes managing one employee and works in a close collaboration with the sales team within Export.
Other responsibilities within the role:
- Communication development per market (local adaptation, development of digital material, manging the agencies)
- Design development per market and for the international ranges
- Brand strategy per market
- Range for the strategic markets (US, Canada) and support for the other markets
- Preparation of presentations towards the customers and for BRMs AP
- Main contact to the marketing department of the distributors
- Preparation of market research to ensure good knowledge and fit to local consumer needs
- Link to the central and Swedish marketing teams
Support to the sales and finance team in ensuring the range is at a good margin (mix and PPA related)
Who are we looking for?
You have a relevant academic degree from a university or college, within marketing or equivalent. But also, several years of working experience within Marketing, preferably within FMCG. You are comfortable with building up new relations with both customers and different people within the organization, and also maintaining them. You enjoy structuring your day to day work and plan proactively.
You would need to have solid digital capabilities being familiar to work with Facebook, Instagram, videos, SEO, SEA and KPI setting.
